SUNDAY COOL KIDZ!

discardedpleasuremodel99

It’s Sunday Morning and it’s time for some Sunday cool.  Not a regular feature but just felt like slotting this one in today.

W have 2 FINE mixes for you full of interesting and unique material on the cool lazy side, perfect for a mind-opening Sunday Morning!

MIX NO.1 – DJ BUGI

DJ BUGI has been spinning tunes since 2006.   He always explores dance grooves coming from various traditional styles from around the world. On the other hand he does not reject club beats. Lately he’s been getting more into world urban music as he calls it but y’all know we call it GLOBAL GHETTOTECH.

Here’s his very tasty Oriental Dub Mix

MIX NO.2 NOPALERO PHUNQ

NOPALERO PHUNQ

He says:

I’m a simple bedroom dj mixing on my laptop, I don’t even have a mouse or fancy equipment. I record my mixes using “Mixxx” a free shareware I found online.  Since downloading the Mixxx software I’ve made dozens of mixes but only two of them I’ve dared to post due to the poor quality.

I am totaly new to making mixes and have had a strong passion for dance music since buying my first dance album by BT back in the late 90s. I love all music, from dance to blues and rock, I’m from Northern Mexico so it’s hard for me to ignore my culture and sometimes find myself dancing to polka sounding tunes..;)

Must Love Pudding (Mix) by Nopalero Phunq

And here’s what he says about this very BEAUTIFUL mix:

A simple and dramatic mix, a love story, a mixed set for rainy days.. inspired by hope, love, fear. put your ear phones in and close your eyes.
