LED ZEPPELIN'S "KASHMIR" DUBSTEPPED!

DUBSTEP MONDAY @ GENERATION BASS

Christmas just came early for me, seriously, never thought it would come BUT it has.

My Grandpappy always said “Seek and You Shall find” in his finest Kashmiri accent and he was damn RIGHT!

My all time fave band, a band that just are with me all of the time, can’t escape them, don’t want to either, LED ZEPPELIN just got dubstepped!!! hahahahah…lmfao!

Not only that but one of their finest tracks and my personal all-time fave, KASHMIR!

I’ll never forgive Jimmy for letting Puff Daddy commit blasphemy, with his awful cover of KASHMIR!!

Yep, Kashmir, my ancestral home, a.k.a. PARADISE ON EARTH or in Percy’s case, SHANGRI-LA! Once it was a country, a nation and a culture that existed for 5,000 years!!! It STILL IS but not within poxy International Law but the fight for self-determination will continue as nothing can quell the will of a people!

And man I really like it, never thought I would but the cover is quite good man, big respect!

STREAM only!

Led Zeppelin – Kashmir by angrypig

The dudes that covered it are London based ANGRY PIG!

Check them out and their other tunes, they’re worth keeping an eye on in my opinion!…and I’m eternally grateful!!

Angry Pig – And Then You Know by angrypig

More Led Zeppelin related stuff in the New Year, I hope, fingers crossed, and believe me when I say, if it happens, it is going to be SHIT HOT!!!

Oh let the sun beat down upon my face
With stars to fill my dream.
I am a traveler of both time and space
To be where I have been.

To sit with elders of a gentle race
This world has seldom seen.
They talk of days for which they sit and wait
When all will be revealed.

Talk an’ song from tongues of lilting grace
Whose sounds caress my ear.
But not a word I heard could I relate
The story was quite clear.
Whoa-ohh-oh
Whoa-ohhh-oh-oh

Ooooh
Oh baby, I’ve been flyin’
Nooo-yeah
Oh mama there
Ain’t no denyin’

Oh!
Ooooh-yes
I’ve been flyin’
Ma-ma-ma
Ain’t no denyin’
No denyin’-uh

Oh!
All I see turns to brown
As the sun burns the ground.
And my eyes fill with sand
As I scan this wasted land.
Tryin’ to find
Tryin’ to find
Where I’ve been.

Oh pilot of the storm who leaves no trace
Like thoughts inside a dream
Who hid the path that led me to that place
Of yellow desert screen.

My shangri-la beneath the summer moon
I will return again.
Sure as the dust that floats high in June
When movin’ through Kashmir.

Hey hamish, I’m afraid it’s stream only, I’d suggest contact the remixers and if you ask kindly, they might just agree to give you a copy :-)
