Beautiful, gorgeous, melancholically blissful, emotional, dream-esque…what more can one say about this gem, I suppose a BIG thank you, for being kind enough to share it with us -THE UN-DESERVED lol
= Dubstep King-ism
One of those tracks that you just wanna play over and over and over….
Wicked Fat Noize
I love most of the Metric Dubstep remixes I’ve heard and I really dig this one too!
With a pic like that, you’d expect bare beatz but what you get instead is some dark, atmospheric stuff which is sounding deeep-ish, I like a lot.
I love Jazz but usually I hate trumpets /sax in electronic dance music, always sounds a lil’ cheesy to me but here’s a dub trumpet track that really caught my attention. Man it’s a GREAT track!
These boyz are:
2 guys: Lukas Frei (Rawkus) & Kaya Brandl (Soulution) We know each other since we were nine years old and we try to do music since 2005. Together we’re producing since 2007. At the beginning we were into drum & bass music but right now we know that there is no other music like dubstep.
Rawkus also deejays (in local bars like “Pankraz” but also in our capital city Vienna.), Soulution not (how bad, but he’s going to learn it :-p) Our ambition is to arrange a little studio sometime, but right now we’re just trying to do our best. Actually you can say we’re just two silly guys who are fascinated by apes and like the same sound.
DJ ABSURD REMIX – SKRILLEX
SoccaSteP, who would have imagined that?
Well, lucky for us DJ Absurd did, great remix!
The best new dubstep producer around..period!
I know Joy Orbison won Beatport best producer 2010 but honestly I’m really not sure how that came about or how he got to number 1 cause this dude, Datsik, is it!
Here’s 2 remixes by him – Diplo & Lil Jon & one of Noisia with his mate Excision!
U Don’t Like Me (Datsik Remix)
As you should all now by now, our debut EP by Unsub is out now on Generation Bass digital.
She can count me and Bassnectar amongst some of her biggest fans. My greatest find thus far since AlexisK and GoldRush. (I hope AlexisK doesn’t get jealous, I still love her..lol..)
Click on the links on the above player to go and buy the EP.
Here’s another freebie, her bootleg remix of Kill Switch Engage.
Anyone for Dubstep-Breakz?
This dude is following on from the lead set by the breaks master, Elite Force. What I’ve heard from this dude here is on par with what the master himself.
Breaks re-hashes of Dubstep tracks in Elite Force manner.
This is the only Dubstep track that these Italian dudes have done but I really like the feel they’ve adopted here.
Sounds more like a Rock-STeP track, a la Cream/Sabbath, rather than a re-hashed Reggae/Dubz track and I like that invention!
Another great track by The Claw!
Papuga’s new track is another good one!
Really diggin’ this Transnational Dubstep track with a strong arabian flava cause I love my arabic music big time!
For me, nothin’ in the music world beats the sound of arabic strings, nothin’!
I really like what this dude does cause he’s got his own unique sound and I really, really like that sound.
This is another really good track!
Man, I feel very honoured to have another track dedicated to me and it’s a real haunting one too, gorgeous
Bootleg samples from: Diabate (West Africa Unwired), Isaac Stern (Violin), Jacqueline du Pre (Cello), and others.
Dedicated to: DJ UMB, Diyala, Zunique, Marisela, Ryo, Sonya, Excelle and so many more who both inspired me with their music/love for music and took the time to give me feedback over the last month. Z.
We’ll stay on the downtempo vibe to finish off with today.
I love this, a dark, atmospheric, ambient numba with a vocal snippet that sounds like David Bowie but I’m not sure if it is.
I’m not sure what the track is about but I really hope the soldier is walking away from war because he knows it is an unjust and unfair war and that it’s wrong!
The real war should be against war!
