KNOWA KNOWONE : TRANSNATIONAL DUBSTEP BEAUTIES

Knowa KnowOne is one of those rare artists who just sounds like no-one but himself.

I last did a feature on him HERE almost 1 whole year ago!  Too long if you ask me!

Since then I’ve been following his progress and stuck his Cumbia Dub track on our Transnational Dubstep compilation due out soon.

He contacted me recently and sent me 2 absolute gems, real hypnotic beauties of amazing grace & depth!

Here’s the first, his remix of an Ill-Esha track, which is just sublime & damn SEXXXY.   I Can’t stop listening to it and Ill-Esha has a mountain to climb to top the sensuality of this beauty!

Here’s what he says about it:

My favorite ill-esha tune for over a year now. We had made a bet to see who could make a sexier remix of eachother’s tunes. Still waiting on the comeback 😉 Features keys by The Human Experience! Look out for some new tunes from Knowa + The Human Experience, electroacoustic bass music.

ill-esha – Sullen Sultry (Knowa Knowone Remix) by Knowa

The scond is this older Transnational Dubstep track with a far eastern flava and it’s just as sublime and beautiful as the track above.

Ancient Book of the Way

Here’s what he says about this one:

Its a classic from the days when i was just “knowone”. Many years before there was “dubstep”.

I’ll leave you with some Rumi as we’re both huge fans of this amazing poet!

These spiritual window-shoppers,
who idly ask, ‘How much is that?’ Oh, I’m just looking.
They handle a hundred items and put them down,
shadows with no capital.

What is spent is love and two eyes wet with weeping.
But these walk into a shop,
and their whole lives pass suddenly in that moment,
in that shop.

Where did you go? “Nowhere.”
What did you have to eat? “Nothing much.”

Even if you don’t know what you want,
buy-something,- to be part of the exchanging flow.

Start a huge, foolish project,
like Noah.

It makes absolutely no difference
what people think of you.

Rumi, ‘We Are Three’, Mathnawi VI, 831-845
