Video: interview with Schlachthofbronx

We met Ben and Jakob in the famous red boat Le Batofar, in Paris, and we had a great time while talking with them.

But the highlight of this evening was definitly in front of them playing. Sweat all over the dancefloor.

Crazyness down the river Seine. Nasty bass in burnin’ Paris.

Ok, maybe Schlachthofbronx is fucking hard name to pronounce for a french guy, but the important point is the music they do and play.

They got so many influences, from Dancehall to Dubstep, from Kuduro to Nola Bounce. The typical 21th century mashup, the great digital maelström.

What a lovely future.

Check out Schlachthofbronx online.

I can’t wait to their next EP on Mad Decent.

Big thanks to them for playing the interview game, thanks a lot to the Patamix crew too, and of course, to my long-time partners Bruce Platini, Nicus Nervous and Diaty Dee.
