In february this year i launched a new project called dhamma baby at origin festival. after 2 years in the studio i have finally completed a full album to my satisfaction and i’m giving it away as a gift to you. the first part is 74 minutes of deep space dub music, subsonic rumblings, glitched out melodies and frequencies from other dimensions. part 2 is something a little unusual. meditation has become a huge part of my life of late and i would like to share that with you. with this recording you can learn the ancient mediation technique of feeling the touch of your breath, otherwise known as anapana sati. i hope this music and the meditation gives you as much as pleasure as it has given me!
This ancient meditation technique is called anapana sati which simply means awareness of breath. find a quiet space to sit and listen to the instructions in headphones. it takes 20 minutes and will change your day!
the first track is a set of instructions that will allow you to learn the technique. the second track is a 20 minute timer that you can put on your phone or your laptop once you’re ready to meditate without the guide.
this meditation will simply shift you from a mode of thinking to a mode of feeling, which will have a profound effect on every aspect of your daily life.
